No Returns or Exchanges

Once a payment has been sent, I am unable to process returns or exchanges of any kind. Please carefully review all product and service details before making your purchase to ensure it aligns with your needs.

Retreat Purchases & Transfers

If you purchase a retreat and are unable to attend, you may find a replacement to take your spot. The individual taking your place must pay you directly for the spot, and the transfer must be approved by CydneeRae Inc. in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible to facilitate this process.

Sale Prices & Terms

Discounted or sale prices are contingent upon clients meeting any specified terms and conditions, such as submitting deposits or signed agreements by stated deadlines. Failure to meet these terms nullifies the sale price, and CydneeRae Inc. is under no obligation to honor previously discounted rates.
